Once a user is registered in BcT, they begin the AML/KYC/ATF segment of their registration process with a Personal Declaration submission form. This is handled by Corporate Service Providers on island or can be filled out with that attached form.
While the background check is processed, you can begin to fill out the Company Registration form and define whether you are registering a new company as an Investor, an ICO candidate, or a DABA filing entity before submitting your registration document to the Registrar of Companies (ROC). The BMA and the ROC will review your filings and return with an approval, a request for additional information, or a rejection with cause.
Once approved, the user will receive physical copies of their approval, and a digital copy in their document library on BcT.
